EQUIPMENT FOR FULLY ENROBED ICE CREAMS (STICKLESS)

 

Iglo Line system can be additionally equipped with accessories for production of ice cream like:

  • ice cream bars
  • ice cream candies
  • ice cream cakes
  • sandwich
  • any other products fully enrobed in chocolate and their miniatures

Depending on the type of product, one, two or more follow-up dosing stations or decorating stations are used, and they are installed on the tunnel’s working table. For special products like ice cream bars, romero-type or similar products a horizontal extrusion station is used.

When the products are hardened inside the hardening chamber, they are dropped by the transferring station to the angular conveyor. Ice cream dozers, decorating stations and the transferring station are actuated by servo-operated engines. This feature ensures accuracy of operation, flexibility, wide range of applications and, what is very important, the possibility of linking the device with the extrusion stations of other manufacturers. The line is supplemented with a chocolate enrober and aftercooler.

Depending on the type of the product there is a possibility of connecting the device to the “RAPID” automatic flowpack packaging machine.
