Master is a machine, whose function is to add solid ingredients or suspensions of solid ingredients to the ice cream produced on continuous freezers. The typical ingredients are fresh fruits or candied fruits, raisins, nuts, almonds, biscuit pieces or frozen choco pieces and all other ingredients possible to be added with the Fruit Feeder, accepted during practical tests.

Master is normally used in case of family-pack ice cream. However, solid ingredients are also often added thanks to the Master device, to cones, cups and other impulse products, especially that most Ice Group dozers allow dosing ice cream with solid pieces.
