Tortica, as opposed to previously described dosing and extruding stations, such as Jumbo Multi, Jumbo Servo, Integra and Cut Extruder, is an advanced, multistation production line, characterized by fully automatic production process. Tortica is a machine for production of all kinds of ice cream in family tubs, including Napoli type and 5-litre scooping bulks. The advantage of the machine is that it is not limited to one product range.
Tortica can produce various forms of ice cream layer cakes – extruded and decorated, or composed only of multi-layer rosettes with dry or wet topping between the layers. The typical market segment, in which Tortica finds more and more applications, is HoReCa, i.e. highprofit products for hotels, restaurants and cafés. The machine concept allows it to develop its applications in accordance with the Customers’ new, evolving needs.
