Astra is an automatic, linear stick novelty system with the following basic sequence of operations: product filling into a stainless steel mold, product freezing and stick insertion, mold surface defrosting for product extraction, transferring for finishing, like – wet/dry coating and, finally, wrapping on Rapid flow-pack machine accompanying Astra.

Accessories available for Astra machine allow work with ice cream, ice milk and water ice, as well as product pencil filling using fruit sauce, jam, chocolate, caramel, etc.

Combination of dozers and sucking devices on Astra machine makes multi-colour products possible.
