New rotary filler - Expert SRF

We have just finished the documentation and are in the stage of ending production of the first Expert SRF machine, designed for automatic filling and closing of containers with the following maximum dimensions:
- round tub: Ø140 mm / height 140 mm
- rectangular tub: 215 x 135 x 140 mm
After production tests we are planning to officially present it in public at the SIGEP show in Rimini in January 2012.

Frosto

At the beginning of 2010, the range of Frosto freezers in all the categories, i.e. Basic, Electronic and fully Automatic, was “refreshed” – that is, underwent a series of construction corrections aimed at improvement of work parameters, facilitation of operation and cleaning and also, in some models, decrease of width, which is very important in some plants of our Customers (see: attached drawing with basic models). An additional innovation is a possibility of choosing B&R or Allen Bradley control systems.

• 2 ( two ) hoppers ( tanks ) of ca. 60-70 liters each , closed with a grating equipped with terminal switch stopping the mixer, when the grating is lifted,
• 2 ( two ) mixing unit inside the each tank driven by a motor with frequency inverter and two time-controllers for setting parameters and mixing cycles (left or right in any set time intervals),
• 2 ( two ) worm conveyors l,
• mixing pump, driven by a motor with frequency inverter, equipped with an overload clutch,
• vertical mixer, dynamic, driven by a motor,
• electric panel from stainless steel with potentiometers, time controllers and main and emergency switch. Inside the panel a there is a fan and the other electric elements of Schneider Group / Telemecanique make.

Jumbo Servo with Conveyor

The use of a universal conveyor, equipped with an independent, programmable servomotor, on which baskets containing particular, non-stackable packaging can be placed, brings new production possibilities, improves dosing process automation and significantly extends a possible product range.
Typical application examples are high-grade plastic or glass packaging, e.g. “champagne” flutes, wafer or chocolate cups or bowls, ceramic trays or bowls etc.
Additionally, it is also possible to apply the second or the third station, dosing ice cream (second colour), syrups, toppings or dry components like nuts, candied fruit or raisins.

Fold Fill and Clip

Machine for production of ice cream „sausages”, forming packaging from a reel by means of longitudinal film sealing and clipping it at both ends. Application of flat film delivered on a reel (bobbin) significantly reduces packing material costs.
