New rotary filler for tubs – Expert SRF

We have just finished the documentation and are in the stage of ending production of the first Expert SRF machine, designed for automatic filling and closing of containers with the following maximum dimensions:
- rectangular tub: 215 x 135 x 140 mm
- round tub: Ø140 mm / height 140 mm
After production tests we are planning to officially present it in public at the SIGEP show in Rimini in January 2012.

New ISO 9001-2008 Certificate

As a result of constant efforts aimed at improving the quality management in Ice Group, we have been granted in 2011 the new Quality Management System Certificate ISO 9001:2008.

On 20 March 2011 the channel TVN Turbo emitted an episode of the “Polak potrafi” series (Polish version of “How it’s made”), devoted to industrial ice cream production machines starring Ice Group company.

OPEN HOUSE DAYS 2010
In the months of June / July 2010 a series of visits and meetings took place in our company under the common name of Open House Days 2010.
During the Open House Days we were just before the shipment of several machines, including two extrusion lines, several Expert LVF and Expert RVF fillers, Frosto freezers of various capacities from 400 to 1200 l/h, Master Fruit Feeders and some other smaller machines.
Many of the applications and constructions were so new and technically advanced that we invited our Customers to visit our company and see for themselves our technical progress and innovative solutions that had been applied in our machinery range in the past few months.
We were visited by many Customers, apart from the geographically closes to us Polish ones, also by Customers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia, Macedonia, Romania, Latvia and Belorussia. We would like to thank everyone for their visit.

"Production process automation and integration" project
The increasing machine capacities and constantly growing volume of sales have allowed us the expansion of our production room and extension of our machine facilities. Among other things and as a part of “Production process automation and integration” EU project, we have recently purchased 2 innovative devices: a large-size metal bending machine and a large-size water-jet cutting machine; both of them computer controlled and offering the most modern, technological solutions. That enables us quicker and more precise production of our ice cream machines. Now we can also offer you a service of stainless steel and non-ferrous metals (copper and brass, titanium, molybdenum) water-jet cutting, as well as a service of hydraulic edge forming.

Sigep 2010
Our company, for the first time in the long-standing history of participation in SIGEP fair, has devoted the exposition to a specific theme, namely to:
ARTISAN IMAGE PRODUCTS ON INDUSTRIAL MACHINES
- For Ho-Re-Ca and catering
- For gourmet shops and gourmet supermarket divisions
On account of that fact, our Visitors had an occasion to see the following devices:
· Jumbo Servo Double (semi-automatic filler/ decorator),
· Expert LVF 4- wide for cones (linear cup, cone, bulk filler)
· and Master FF (Fruit and Ingredient Feeder) Dual, version with plc and tensometric weighing system.

The official opening of the new factory of company AZHUR / ELIT in the Ukraine, city Smila, 17.07.2009
One of the biggest ice cream producers in Ukraine built a new production plant, where he transferred machines from four smaller factories. ICE GROUP machines are among them, such as: Expert 4000, Expert LVF, Iglo line, Master, Deserta and Tortica. This factory is definitely one of the most modern plants in the Ukraine. We were invited to the official opening and we gladly accepted it.

ISO 9001:2000 follow-up audit
On 11.09.2008, to confirm constant control and increasing quality of our work, we have undergone a follow-up certification audit of our Quality Management System in accordance with the norm PN-EN ISO 9001:2000. The audit, performed by MOOODY INTERNATIONAL, a certifying unit accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), was successful. We hope that the constant efforts in perfecting our management system will have a positive influence on the quality of services rendered to our Customers.
SolidWorks
In November 2006 Ice Group introduced new software for automation of mechanical designs - SolidWorks, for the use of the Design Department. The program enables quick transfer of designer's ideas into a 3D model, experiments with options and dimensions, and creation of detailed technical drawings.
Introduction of SolidWorks was accompanied by extensive training in 3D model designing, documentation management - PDM, and a seminar dedicated to this topic. At the end of each, our designers have received individual certificates.

Cubo Pack - Open House Days
On 1-2 December 2006 Ice Group organized Open House Days for its representatives and closest associates, in order to present the concept of the Cubo Pack branded machines.
Our agents from different countries took part in the presentation of the first machine manufactured under the brand Cubo Pack - Expert LVF type machine for filling plastic cups with milk products, they have been trained in the scope of this machine's operation and received a participation certificate, authorizing them to distribute Cubo Pack branded machines.

Ice Group introduces the new brand for DAIRY FILLERS - Cubo Pack.
In 2004 Ice Group lay groundwork for merging the experience in production and international trade in machines with earlier knowledge relating to packaging of dairy products. After analyzing and updating the current market situation, two groups of machines dedicated for the dairy industry were selected.
The first group are flow-pack type machines (wrapping the product in foil, also with neutral gas injection) designed to pack e.g. hard cheese in bricks or in slices.
The second group are rotary and linear machines (Expert RVF, Expert LVF) packing dairy products, such as yoghurt, curd cheese, cottage cheese and milk desserts in ready plastic cups. The machines are produced in full scope of capacities, i.e. from 2000 to 38000 pcs/h, mainly in highly-hygienic versions, including ultra-clean, aseptic. The offer is supplemented with peripheral devices, such us cardboard tray gluing devices packers, infeed conveyors and hoisters, also of our own production. The a/m machine groups are marked with the brand name Cubo Pack.
The first presentation of the Cubo Pack production program took place during the Anuga FoodTec 2006 exhibition in Cologne and was directed at Customers from Western Europe and Middle and Far East. The next of the key shows were Agroprodmash 2006 in Moscow and we have presented this offer in Poland for the first time in the Mleko Expo 2006 show.
Our 15 years' experience is solid groundwork for production of world-class machines for packing dairy products.
