Vertical trans-wrap packaging machine for pouches (bags)

Polpak 3000, in relation to ice cream market, is an example of adaptation of a machine known from other fields, due to the needs of particular, mainly Russian-speaking markets. For ice creams sold in bags, “by weight”, the principle is – the packaging should be an insignificant part of the total product cost.

The machine is produced in cooperation. However, Ice Group is responsible for all its elements connected with ice cream.

Possibilities:

1. cutting synchronization with photocell use
2. hot-printing dater
3. cut-out handle in the top, between two transverse sealings
4. opening / closing "zipper"
5. "envelope-bottom" forming system allowing the product display in vertical position

Packaging dimensions:

Maximum foil width 600 mm; maximum pouch length 400 mm, other on request. Maximum capacity: 60 pouches per minute, i.e. 3600 per hour.
