The market of Spanish ice cream products is undoubtedly one of the most attractive, because probably the richest in offered proposals that are unique on a world scale. It is characterized, first of all, by bold, original and wide-ranging ideas for ice cream products that permeate with, for example, Far East inspirations, such as mochi or ice cream counterparts of top confectionery treats, such as donuts.
Bearing in mind the above, and at the same time knowing that even the largest players reach for the prestige typical for hand-made products, we decided as Ice Group company to present our offer of equipment for the industrial production of artisan-image ice cream in the Spanish magazine “Arte Heladero”.
We are convinced that this is the title known to the artisans, that mature-up to work with good-quality continuous freezers noting a significant increase in the demand for their own product, as well as to typical industrial companies building their image on the basis of gourmet products, products with an artisan look and with an appearance reminding hand-made production.
